What is My Happy Mind?
We are excited to introduce a new PSHE scheme called My Happy Mind, which is designed to help children develop confidence, resilience, and a positive mindset. Backed by the NHS, the programme uses evidence-based approaches to support mental wellbeing and personal growth. As part of the scheme, families will also have access to a range of resources that can be used at home, so children can continue building these important skills beyond the classroom. At Goldbeaters Primary School, our ethos is that “learning is accelerated when pupils and staff are in an exceptionally positive and happy environment,” and My Happy Mind will play a key role in supporting this vision.
Parent resources:
Parents can also access My Happy Mind at home through a special login, giving you free access to a range of resources, tips, and activities to use with your child. This means you can see the strategies they are learning in school and practise them together at home, helping to build a consistent approach to wellbeing and positivity. It’s a wonderful way to connect school and home, supporting your child to flourish both in and out of the classroom.
