Punctuality
We operate a soft entry into school from 8.30am with registration at 8.45am. We expect all of our children to be in their classroom for registration or they are marked as late. Children choose their lunch option with registration and start learning at 8.50am.
Attendance
Children must attend school every day unless they are sick. If your child is unwell please phone the school office and let them know so that we can record this in the register.
We are not permitted to allow children time off during term time unless the circumstances are exceptional. In this case a letter must be written to the Head Teacher asking permission to take a child out of school and each case will be considered individually.
School finishes at 3.00pm for Reception Y1 and Y2 and at 3.10pm for Y3-Y6. Please make sure you know what time to collect your child.
On the last day of each term – Christmas, Easter and Summer, school closes at 1.15pm.
