Welcome to Year 6!
We have dived straight into our learning this year and we're working so hard already...
In Maths we've covered addition, subtraction, shape, fractions and fractions so far!
GO POWER!
In Literacy we've been working on narrative stories including Skellig and The Boy who Swam with Piranhas by David Almond, as well as playscripts and poetry.
WE'RE ROCKIN' IT!
We've had fun in Science, learning about The Circulatory System.
We've also strapped ourselves in for an exhilarating ride while learning about The Space Race in Topic.

We go to our Gold Star sports sessions every TUESDAY...

Remember to come to school in the correct PE uniform - correct t-shirt, appropriate trainers and if you do wear your track-suit, ensure you are wearing shorts and a t-shirt underneath.
